Red Onion Records & Books has been a long-time vision for owner, Joshua Harkavy. A native of Long Island, New York, Josh cultivated a passion for collecting music and books from immersing himself in the garage sale scene in New York. He also has extensive experience working at record and book stores, including the notorious Princeton Record Exchange in New Jersey. A fan of all things audio and visual, Josh studied photography at Nassau County Community College and liberal arts at Rutgers University.
