Rabbit Lane truffles are made by me in the old European tradition – hand rolled, to seal the chocolate ganache center in a very thin coating of pure chocolate. The chocolate I use has a very high, natural quantity of cocoa butter. It produces an amazingly smooth mouth-watering truffle with a unique appearance, significantly differing from molded or mass produced chocolates.

Lori is a true chocloateur! All the products are hand made - to perfection. The packaging is very creative and makes you feel great to give as a gift and never guilty when you eat it. It is fresh and easily competes with Godiva. Try it, you'll love it!

Hands down the best chocolate I've ever had! Melts in your mouth! None of the waxy consistency and artificial/too sweet flavor of mass-produced chocolate. The packaging is gorgeous too.
