The most friendly, motivating, and brilliant staff! neighborhood feel, personal, unique, and effective. This is not your run of the mill gym, set apart and spectacular!
I love to work out at Qi! The atmosphere is a perfect place to get away and work out in. My body feels so much better than it did 6 months ago! Plus the staff is wonderful- I have a great group behind me supporting me every step of the way!
Qi isn't limited by its cozy space feeling. They use the nearby city park for classes and although the gym seems small at first, I can't think of anything lacking there.
I love Qi's flexibility. I signed up for a single membership (never an initiation fee), when my boyfriend moved I easily switched to a double and then I quit for two months when I traveled with no fee and easily joined back up for the same double membership I had. They plan around you and your schedule.
Qi's classes are the best offered anywhere. The trainers take my requests for what to work that day and then put it to use in a workout I could never have come up with myself.
Qi is truly a neighborhood gym, the staff knows my name, trainers remember my music taste and the walls are covered in beautiful local art.
nice music, friendly staff and great trainers who give advice and tips simply in conversation. Qi is a unique and great gym
Qi is the most incredible gym I've ever been a part of. Classes are different each time you attend, and the trainers are willing to take your suggestions and requests for what to work on that day. I'm always challenged and I know I can look forward to a different workout each time I go, without an extra fee for classes.
I love that Qi is always trying to reach out into the neighborhood and continue networking. Their attitude towards Colfax and community outreach is very admirable.
My trainer just brought me to Qi and I've never been so impressed by a gym so quickly, Qi is fantastic.
Qi's summer excercise program in City Park, it's incredible and I've never found anything like it at another gym.
I love how much encouragement I get from Qi even though I don't have a personal trainer. The staff and trainers know my name and give me great workout advice whenever I need something new.
I love that Qi limits its membership. It keeps there from being bloodshed over class space and machine use. Plus, with another Qi opening this summer it doesn't really harm any one's workout routine.
I love all of Qi's classes. They're conveniently scheduled and mix well with eachother to get a full body workout every day of the week.
Kinesis classes at Qi are really incredible; you work every muscle group, stretch and do weight training in an hour session that burns 1000 calories!
The traditional resistance machines at Qi are anything but. You don't get that initial push because the movement is so smooth, they' re clean and you work your way around the room in a circuit that covers every muscle group
Qi has the greatest touches of any gym I've found. They have fountains, art pieces, a kitchen you're welcome to and towels that don't make you want to take a dip in bleach.
Nothing pumps me up like an early morning workout and Qi's bootcamp was exactly what I was looking for, it's perfect.
Qi's flexibility is an incredible plan. I travel alot and I can cancel my membership for months I'm gone and start back that day I get home.
I'm as busy as everyone else in this town and I love how aware of that Qi is. They schedule their classes conveniently and are in a location that works perfectly.
I love Qi's attitude! From the second I arrive I'm greeted warmly, pushed when I need it and always glad to be at Qi in the company of its staff.
Qi's expresso bikes are the most awesome cardio equipment I've found at any gym. The choices of courses makes it a new ride every time and I can race my ghost or my friends.
Qi gives you a great feeling and atmosphere along with awesome trainers and staff
Qi's bootcamp along with their awesome hours and convenient location helped get me in shape so I'm ready to climb 14ers and cycle all summer
I love the feeling Qi gives you from the second you walk in, you see a floor to ceiling fountain plus art all over, not the average industrial space.
I've never had a workout like Qi's kinesis classes. You burn about 1000 calories in an hour, working every muscle group and incorporating cardio and stretching too.
The best personal trainers in Denver definitely work at Qi. They push you when you need, encourage you, give you all kinds of advice and end up being real friends.
Great yoga classes that build over six weeks, perfect for those just beginning yoga who want to do it right.
Qi has cardio equipment you can't find at other gyms. Their gliders are a mix between cross countryskiing and rollerblading, so the knees don't hurt. Also, the expresso bikes give you a video game workout.
Qi has great free class offerings for members; butts and guts, ab attack, boot camp, circuit training plus yoga and kinesis for a small fee more.
Qi has a relaxed atmosphere so that it's somewhere you want to go, and they put that with great staff and excellent equipment.
Great people, incredible equipment, no pretentious attitude, convenient location and awesome classes, even if you're just beginning!
Qi is an incredible gym space. No mirrors, no attitude, I don't have a contract and they have everything you need.
I love Qi's convenient location and the fact that they really are a neighborhood gym where the staff knows my name and what workouts I like best.
Qi's technogym equipment is the best weight training I've ever found, they move smoothly and Qi arranged them so one lap around the resistance room gives you a total body workout.
Qi Kinesis's expresso bikes are awesome. I'm by no means a cyclist but the different courses let me feel like I'm playing a video game while I excercise.
Qi's kinesis classes are unlike any workout I've ever done. The trainers show you how to work the machine in class and really push you, but you're also free to use the machines whenever the room is free (often).
The great staff is welcoming and warm; from the first tour I was hooked just on the incredible people, not to mention the gym itself is beautiful and state of the art.
The boot camps are INCREDIBLE, they really changed the way I work out. They're really early, but if you can suck it up the first time you'll get hooked.
Qi has everything I look for when trying to find a gym. They have friendly staff, convenient classes, state of the art equipment, a clean facility and awesome atmosphere. Qi is great.
After I hurt my ankle playing tennis, I was told I'd have to lay off for a few months. I was determined to find another way to stay in shape and Qi really helped me stick to that. Their easyline equipment is low resistance so I could keep working my leg muscles without doing any harm to my ankle. The trainers knew all about my injury and were happy to help me move it in different ways to get stroner. Qi kept me sane during my inury and now I'm back on the court doing well.
I had really let my fitness slip as I focused on my family and career. When I decided it was time for me to work fitness back into my life I tried a number of different gyms, but none of them compared to Qi. My trainer at Qi met with me to talk about my goals, helped me figure out what was attainable and what I had to change in my day to day life. I was pushed, coddled and cheered until I felt like I had really accomplished what I wanted. I'm in the best shape of my life and working out doesn't feel like a burden because Qi is somewhere I want to be.
Qi is the greatest gym in Denver. They have friendly staff, state of the art equipment, calm atmosphere, no crowds, challenging classes, convenient hours, great location and tons of recommendations and advice from the trainers when I need it. The art on the walls is awesome and I always like the music. I have yet to find something bad to say about Qi.
I've always shyed away from yoga, and just assumed I was probably terrible at it. Finally, a friend convinced me to try a Foundation Yoga class at Qi, swearing that the instructor would help me really learn yoga and there would be no mocking. I went and after the first class was completely converted. It fits with the entire feeling of Qi that their yoga would also be an accepting class that really focuses on you and your fitness needs. I'm actually learning yoga now, each class builds on itself and I'm already more flexible. I never thought yoga would be for me, but because of Qi's whole atmosphere and philosophy I'm totally into it.
I'm always looking for new bike trails and winter in denver puts a serious damper on my fitness routine, normal stationary bikes just don't do it for me. Qi has these incredible virtual reality cycles that give you tons of different trails to choose from and let you shift, plus if you're biking next to a friend you can pick the same course and race against eachother. The bikes also store your times and let your take on your ghost times to mark progress. The trails help me stay in shape and reassure me that I can be back on the road soon.
Qi is not like other gyms. They have art of the walls, a huge fountain in the yoga studio and a kitchen where they welcome you to take fruit and store your waterbottle. It's really a neighborhood gym where the staff knows your name and are always happy to show you a new way to challenge yourself in your workout. Their membership will cap at 350 members to maintain this feeling, but they're opening another gym downtown this summer and I am sure it will be just as incredible as the original.
My mid-life crisis came mostly in me feeling physically gross the majority of the time. Finally my wife told me to quit whining and do something about it. That's when I found Qi. I doing bootcamp three times a week and in two months, my crisis funk was mostly. The trainers at Qi kept me motivated, uplifted me, pushed me when I needed it and were always there for me if I needed advice, tips or some one to keep me focused on my goals.
In my workouts I'm mainly motivated by classes. Qi has small classes that really work me out at times that are perfect when I'm coming home from work. The Kinesis classes are such a different kind of workout that it keeps me interested. Qi is a great place to keep me motivated and fit.
