Dickson's always tries to go beyond the norm to help me. Once when it was snowy out and I needed a vacuum, I couldn't get out to pick it up so they offered to deliver it to me. The owner himself arrived at my door with it. Another time I was completely wrong about a lamp I thought I had bought there and the managers spent a lot of time and concern, with respect, trying to help me, even though I had been mistaken about it. They are service and people oriented in their everyday work attitude. I love them.
Everyone in the store is extremely pleasant and helpful. The store is well stocked and organized making it easy to find whatever you need.
They have everything and their staff is wonderful to deal with.

As o/seas tourist visitor I needed adhesive tape for temporary repair to camera casing. Not only did they do a quick fix and refuse payment but were extremely gracious. Guaranteed my vote.

The best part of the store is the customer service because of the wonderful people who own the store.
I needed an ice scraper before scraper season. The owner took me upstairs to the storage area and went through all of the stuff there to find me what I needed. Dickson Bros is the greatest!
