CD Spins is a small independent chain of retail stores specializing in new and used compact discs. Since 1988, we have focused on providing our customers with an outlet for buying, selling, and trading their CDs. The business had five store locations in Boston including Harvard Square, Davis Square, Downtown Crossing ,Jamaica Plain, but one original CD Spins remains which is owned and operated by the local chain founder Arthur Jannakas located at 324 Newbury Street . Each store offers a huge selection of new releases and an extensive array of catalog titles, including many hard-to-find items. We carry music in every genre, from techno to classical and all categories in between.

Convenient location, broad music variety and excellent customer service. Could I ask for something else?
Great location, selection and prices.
The only store that bought all of my CD's, and I've been to them all. I like the way they treated me and I got $70 for a stack of some older jazz and classical discs. The selection changes constantly so it's hit or miss. Feels exactly like a record store should feel and compliments to the knowledgeable staff. A++
CD Spins is the most innovative CD store I have ever been to. I have to been to countless CD stores all over the U.S. and abroad and this is by far the best CD store...if you haven't been to CD Spins, you really have to get out more!

Huge selection!
I am a South African, and during a recent visit to Boston I bought music CDs from CD Spins. There were bargains galore, an awesome selection across the music range. It's THE store for your music requirements.
CD Spins has the variety and atmosphere is sublime and the character of the store and it' owner is priceless. The only place to get your music is CD SPINS. It's the only place to shop!
I love shopping there when I am in Boston. The owner really knows how to stock his store with all of the latest and greatest music. I always find what I am looking for; the employees are helpful, too. The owner is knowledgeable and professional; he really knows his music!! Shop there!!!
What I like is infinite browse time--and I get it at CD Spins...no one ever hassles me, even on those days when I spend two hours and don't buy a thing.
