I spent the first day of the new year there with the best burger I've ever had! YUM!
Burgers are juicy and delicious. Big selection, too. Order the onion rings instead of the fries. Friendly waitstaff/bartenders. Cozy, casual atmosphere.
The very best cheeseburger I have ever tasted. I have taken many of my family and friends from all over the country and we are all in agreement. The variety offered is wonderful!!!!
Great burgers, and a great pint poured in a cozy Irish pub! The best of both worlds!
I have been all over Boston in search of the perfect burger and I have to say that R.F. O'Sullivan's fits the bill. Burgers are cooked to PERFECTION and have all the best toppings (my personal favorite is the "black and blue" - crushed black pepper crust with blue cheese - yum!) Fries are huge, more like fried potato slices and the bun is buttered and grilled (as it should be!)
I will be bummed if O'Sullivan's wins this competition for a purely selfish reason: It already is so hard to get a spot in this place thanks to every damn awesome burger on the menu, but they truly deserve to win this.
I have recently become a vegetarian and the one meaty delight I actually dream about is a burger from R.F. O'Sullivans.
