I absolutely recommend this place. Everything I have ordered from here has been beautifully arranged and the customer service is outstanding!
I always love to walk by and see all the arrangements outside the shop!

I live in LA, and I wanted to send beautiful rose bouquet to my passionately loved girlfriend, which is living in Boston. She was amazed from the surprise and loved the flowers. The only couple of details that they missed were, that the roses weren't delivered around the time I kindly requested and they didn't call me back for confirmation, as I also very kindly requested, but I guess it was too much to ask... I called and they confirmed the completed delivery, so it's all good. My girlfriend loved it and that is what matters:)))

I am from MICHIGAN. I have ordered from this Florist in the past and I am quite satisfied, to say that I am sticking with them through thick and thin in MA. They are all about 'CUSTOMER SATISFACTION' and that is what counts at the end. I am very satisfied, and if you are lucky enough to order through them, the person you send the flowers to will realize its from the heart.

I went in to Boston Rose Flower Shop and
was overcharged $5. I am quite certain this was a willful act by the clerk/owner.
Not that the five bucks really mattered, but it is a shady thing to do.
I will never shop there again and suggest others don't either.

Boston Rose has very friendly and helpful staff. They always make beautiful and creative arrangements. I also love going there because they have the friendliest lovebird that will sit on your finger or shoulder.

Boston Rose is always my favorite place to go! They are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! The florists listen to what you are looking for and find the best they can! I refer all my friends, colleagues and clients to Boston Rose on Mass Ave whenever I get the chance!

I have always gone to Boston Rose for my flowers since they have been open. The atmosphere is great, the flowers are fresh, and the service is impeccable. I drive from NH because I know that they are the best around...quite conceivably the best in New England
