Welcome to Modern Pastry. We are located in the heart of Boston's historic North End. Modern Pastry specializes in authentic, old world, Italian confections. Our pastries, cakes, pies, cookies and candies, are always fresh, and handmade with our time honored traditions using the finest ingredients. They blow away any of the compettion on the street.
Just simply the best
Just simply the best
They make the best cannolis in the world, and they fill them, fresh, right before your own eyes!
Their chocolate mousse cake is moist, complex, yummy, and the price is a bargain.

They have some of the best italian pastry around. As a rule its the only place I go.
Modern Pastry really does have the best pastry around. The cannolis and lobster tails are really better than any other pastry shop. Not only that, but the atmosphere is great and the employees are quite pleasant.
Modern Pastry is definitely a number one with my family!!!! Love their cannolis!
The line at modern goes 2 blocks down the street, thats all i need to say!
