We have a four year old daughter that has Celiac Disease (no Wheat, Rye, Oats or Barley products) The Sensitive Baker caters to people with these extreme allergies. We drive from Riverside County to Culver City just to buy their products. Everything is GLUTEN-FREE and DAIRY/CASEIN-FREE! They Also are a peanut-free and shellfish-free facility. There are very few dedicated bakeries around the LA area and this one stands alone on the taste of its Gluten-free products. It makes me feel great that I can take my daughter somewhere where she can sit down and have a cookie/cake like a normal kid.
