Master’s of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion—California University of Pennsylvania; Fellow of Applied Functional Science—Gray Institute for Functional Transformation; Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist—the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES)—the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Certified Personal Trainer—the American Council on Exercise (ACE). As the Education Director for Millennium Partners Sports Club Management, Pete is responsible for developing the fitness education programs for six health clubs with over four hundred fitness professionals serving more than 30,000 members. Recognized as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, Pete has developed a progression of education based on the principles of Chain Reaction Biomechanics; the result is an education system that focuses on enhancing client movement skills as the foundation for improving general fitness and conditioning. Recognized as a Master Level Trainer by IDEA, his training philosophy is to apply the SAID principle (Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands) of training to use integrated exercises that help his clients and exercise class participants achieve high levels of performance in their lives as everyday athletes.
