I create individualized programs which incorporate exercises my clients enjoy, while at the same time challenge each person to to the max. I help people achieve things they never thought were possible while educating each step of the way. I take a holistic approach to fitness. The mind benefits from the physical act of working out, and the body and mind both benefit from proper nutrition; these activities culminate in true fitness, health, and a positive approach to life, and helps people perform better every day, in every way. I, myself, have been overweight and have had many life-changing experiences; because of this, I can relate to and understand the challenges and joys people will face as they go through their personal transformation.

Jimmy is truly an amazing person! I joined Golds gym about a year ago and i cant tell you how happy i am that became a member. I was introduced to Jimmy by a mutual friend who spoke very highly about him not only as a trainer but as a person. I thought about using him as a trianer but I am very much into my own routine at the gym. i use to run atleast 5 to 6 days a week. Jimmy suggested rather run everyday why don't you take some of the classes we offer. He suggested body pump, kick boxing, spinning, muscle condition, and one other but i just cant think of it! anyways, i took his advice and tried all the classes. I have noticed major improvements in my body. I am able to see more defination in my arms and in my legs. I am very happy that i took his advice because not only am i noticing bigger muscles im also feeling stronger. I have trained with many different instructors/ trainers and i cant say that all had the ability to modervate me to perform well. I went to a performing art high school was a dance major and danced through college so i worked with many different people. I really like the energy that Jimmy has and his positive attitude. Jimmy is the best!!!!!!! Oh ya, i also noticed while running endless miles on the treadmill major improvements with his clients who he trains regularly...

Jimmy rocks! He took me under his wing and believed in me more than I believed in myself. He kept me focused and as a result I've regained my self-esteem and lost the weight. Not only did I lose a stubborn 13 pounds, but he's found my shape again!!! The pounds may sound like only a few, but going from a size 10 to a 4 are some pretty good numbers. Jimmy's my top trainer because I'm happier with myself than I have been in a long time. I know I owe part of that him.

I lost 85 lbs. working with Jim. He is the best trainer EVER! He taught me all about weight-lifting, exercise, and nutrition, and helped motivate me through the really tough times. I have kept the weight off for 2 years now and Jim has become a true friend. He will always be the #1 trainer in my book!
