Open 24 hours, the hotel's new food & beverage offerings are anchored by the signature restaurant Miel "Brasserie Provencal", Boston's first provence-themed brasserie celebrating the organic wonders known to this fascinating region of France. Celebrity Chef Jacques Chibois, world renowned two-star Michelin Chef, authenticates this exquisite and creative Provencal Cuisine, by overseeing the hotel's trend setting dining experience. Miel seats 120 people and features its own private dining room, "The Olive Oil Museum", with seating for 12. In a twist of new and old, Miel showcases a classic New England Raw Bar. Additional outdoor seating will accommodate 54 people and overlooks Boston Harbor and InterContinental gardens.
