Being an olympic athlete and needing to stay fit and be at my absolute best for competitions throughout the year, it's important to choose someone that I can trust to help me accomplish my goals. Mark and his entire team keep me prepared and at my top level no matter what time of year it is and where I am in my program. Not only that, but he makes it fun and enjoyable all the time, which is something I don't often say about working out.
Mark is a phenomenal trainer. He is so positive and encouraging every step of the way. After having my son I really needed to come up with a plan to lose the baby weight. Mark was with me every step of the way. He designed a training plan that worked for me and took into account the fact that I was a new, tired mom. I was able to lose the baby weight and tone my body into the shape I've always wanted. I am still working with Mark to this day and can't imagine not having him to keep me on track. He's simply the BEST!
