I am appalled by the lack of consideration and lack of customer service offered at this location. My initial call resulted in speaking with a very confused female (she answered the phone, hello?). I then requested to speak with a manager who called me within the hour. To say he was less than helpful is a gross understatement. His lack of customer service skills for his customers is shocking. I hope anyone who reads this NEVER tans at this location. He was unwilling to help me simply because he "couldn't" and wished he had my problems (of having an three-week-expired tanning package). This business does not deserve one star. Don't waste your time or money or skin for that matter going here-they don't care one bit about you-just your money!
