The Reign of Cats and Dogs is a wonderful place for pets and their owners to find the latest and greatest in pet products. Why not spoil the cat or dog? They are just as much a part of the family as any other member of the family. Kim Williams does a wonderful job picking products she knows will be a hit at her boutique from snacks to doggie/kitty clothes and so much more! You MUST visit her adorable shop in beautiful Leesburg VA.

Personality of the staff is great. They are very considerate of the pets' dispositions and attuned to the owners' concerns so that the best products are presented in the interest of the pets.

They have an amazing selection of unique items I have never seen in other shops. The owner is super friendly and remembers all her customers. It is just a wonderful place to shop for your pet.

We love shopping at The Reign of Cats & Dogs when we're visiting the DC area. Kim is a pleasure to chat with as we're shopping and she always treats our dogs like they are the best customers! What a unique store with lots of wonderful products. Two paws up for The Reign of Cats & Dogs!!!

The Reign of Cats & Dogs carries everything I could possibly ever need to buy for my dog! Nice location in downtown Leesburg. Nice owner too!

I've never been to a pet boutique as wide-opening and amazing as this one in Historic Leesburg. It's amazing!!!! The owner buys things so great that even if you have no pets you want to purchase something for a friend who owns a pet. A must see in Historic Leesburg for sure. What a great contest! My kitty and children love the store!

The Reign of Cats and Dogs is the best because of their wide variety of products, especially collars and leashes. All of the merchandise is displayed in a pleasant and organized manner, too. The atmosphere and decor of this boutique also makes shopping there an extremely pleasant experience!
