I have rented instruments for beginning students, referred many students to you, and have purchased several flutes from Chuck Levins (Byron was the salesman). I know that when I send a student or friend there, they will be given good information and allowed the time to carefully consider which instrument would work best for them. They are not pressured at all. The prices are the best.

While living in the D.C. area in the 80s to early 90s, I was a minister of music and media for a church. I found that Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center was my "go to source" for microphones, recording, sound, and instruments. No one, and I mean no one could beat them for price and availability. It was truly one of the things I knew I would miss when I moved back to Oklahoma. Then on Tuesday after talking to another pastor about their sound problems, I suddenly remembered the store and searched for your website. One e-mail, and the service and quality that I had always relied on before was instantly available to me again.

Brian Meader. He's the best sales person you could ask for. I work at a US military installation over here in S. Korea and he's been great with price quotes and shipping to my APO. All my email questions are answered usually in minutes. These guys rock.

As a second generation band director and former resident of Maryland, I continue to use Chuck's for their dedication to music education, great service and outstanding prices. The music stores in North Carolina, where I reside now, are usually 25-40% higher in price for student and school instruments.
