First and foremost, you just can't compete with a double tunnel! Recently, flagship opened a world class carwash center offering both an express and full service tunnel not including the additional 8 self service bays it has to offer. Secondly, the service at all three flagship carwashes throughout the d.c. area seperates this carwash from all other carwash centers from the managers to the cashiers.

I have been following Flagship for a long time since it began in DC in 1982. Many of the managers and workers have been working for the organization for a long time and they obviously take care of their people. They care about what they do and have detail supervisors that take care of the special situations. If the car is not clean to your satisfaction, they will do their best to make it right! I am in the service industry and I always appreciate good service.

The double tunnel in North Bethesda is amazing, I have never seen anything like it!
