I get the most amazing massages there by Paul! He seriously has fingers of gold! I see him at least twice a month!! He's the best they have.

Out of all the places to get hair done, Ladies and Gentleman is the best. Their staff is well trained and can do anything you want to your hair. Valerie is the best! Guy or girl she does an awesome job!

Great place! Offers all hair and spa services; love the Aveda products; all hair services also get a free hand massage as well as mini facial; exceptionally friendly staff in both locations-Mentor and Legacy Village.

I have been going to L & G for many years. I have used almost every service offered. My husband and I go to Kim Lane and have had standing appointments together forever. People there treat you like family, greeting you by name when you come through the door, making sure every whim is taken care of before leaving. L & G was also a part of our first daughter's wedding by styling all the ladies hair and the pictures were magnificent.
Thank you to Ladies & Gentlemen for being such a great part of the community and caring for our enviroment before it was cool to be 'green'.

I visit Ladies and Gentleman every month for the past 2 and a half years to go to my fabulous stylist Shawna. This is the first time I have ever been happy enough with a stylist and salon to visit regularly. The experience at Ladies and Gentleman is always nothing less than superb and you leave feeling completely relaxed and gorgeous.

I go to Jen Bergam and she's the best! I love the salon, everyone treats you so nice. I always get stopped & asked about my hair. I've been to other salons over the years & will never change again. L& G is the best there is. The hand, arm massage & the mini facial always make you feel relaxed & pampered.

The stylists are personable and professional. I love there is no tipping!! Not only do you get a fantastic haircut, you also get and arm and hand massage, mini facial and make-up application. I have referred friends and they are always extremely satisfied and returning customers.

I LOVE the scalp massage, mini facial, arm & hand massage that comes with the haircut!!!! It's an awesome experience. My stylist, Justine, is great. There is a kids salon as well, and my girls love going there. They do everything right at Ladies and Gentlemen.
