Welcome to the Ellicottville Brewing Company. Located in the village of Ellicottville, a ski hamlet in the rolling hills of Western New York, we are a brew pub unlike any other. The Ellicottville Brewing Company is considered a local marvel for its architecture, menu, and craft beers. Managed by a fairly young group of talented people, the brewery has placed first in most local beer festivals and has won the Buffalo People`s Choice Award twice, for its first two years of operation.Founded by co-owners Allen and Walter Yahn and Peter Kreinheder, the Ellicottville Brewing Company is the culmination of a combined effort inspired by the desire to open a family business. It`s location in Ellicottville was inspired by a skiing trip to Vail, and the realization that the Aspen of the East,as Ellicottville is referred to, could be an exciting location for a craft Brewery and Grill.In the summer months, come in and enjoy our authentic German Beer Garden. The only open air dining in Ellicottville, the Beer Garden with its beautiful European flowers, climbing hops vines and brick patio is the place to be on hot summer nights.
