It is a soothing and serene space on a 10 acre property right along Cazenovia creek: an oasis in a busy world, a place to relax, stretch, unwind, rejuvenate, heal and learn... Yoga Ma studio is a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga school , established in 1997: we offer a professional and nurturing space to explore all aspects of the Yoga practice,we offer daily Yoga classes all year round, a flexible pass system: with a pass you can come to any class and you can start whenever you want ! We offer beginner Yoga classes, all levels Yoga classes, restorative Yoga classes, advanced and vigorous Yoga classes ,Kids Yoga classes, a prenatal Yoga program, private and semi private Yoga classes, Yogatherapy, retreats and workshops.
