Spring 2006 was a great season, and, once again, I want to thank you for making it the most successful in our 35 years That’s right..Crystal Boutique was born in 1971 by my mom, Naomi Cohen, who many of you remember well. Both Naomi and my dad, Sid, at 86 and 90, respectively, are still kicking’ butt. They started something I have been proud to continue.

The clothes are unique and the fashions are always classics and timely. The personal service of Joel and his staff assist tremendously in keeping you coming back. This is indeed a great place to shop and know that your clothes are fashionable, will always fit properly and you will look and feel great.

What makes Crystal Boutiques the best is that once you have a piece of clothing from there, everyone will compliment you on it, also you will never see someone else with your outfit on. This is what I like about Crystal Boutique - it has very unique clothing that department stores don't have.

Personalized service is the best. Suggestions for selecting the best accessories. Truthfulness in retail - they don 't tell you something looks good when it doesn't! Ability to special order. Advance notice for special events/sales; Sales person remembers previously purchases and suggestions combinations for current styles. Have been shopping at this boutique for 26 years and buy clothes NO place else.

Excellent choice of clothes, designer labels, good prices; fine jewwlry; very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful sales staff and owner. Also, notable is the DC metro area (region-wide) and loyal (repeat) clientele.

CB is truly an amazing shopping experience with wonderful choices that are just a bit different. With an emphasis on easy care clothing, CB is for the woman who wants to look special whether at work or leisure. Joel hand picks the pieces and outfits. The store is intimate so you don't have to wade through racks and go to floor after floor. Just put your hand in Joel's and you won't be sorry! Be prepared to feel very special and receive many compliments.

I hate Mall shopping so Crystal Boutique is my salvation -- wonderful clothes and customer service you don't find anyplace else. If the Boutique carried shoes and underwear, I'd never shop anyplace else!

They help me to always look my best! I work with the government and I always look like an executive. They go out of their way to help me find the perfect outfits. It's the only place to shop if you have very little time and want to dress for success.Joel and his team are terrific!!!!

Great personal service! Many alterations are free. Additional ones are at a nominal cost. You end up with a virtually custom-fitted garment.

An oasis in the desert of women's clothing stores in the DC area. Great selection not found in the typical mall stores, with an emphasis on high quality designers/lines suitable for the professional woman. Worth the drive from wherever.

Crystal Boutique has gorgeous clothes of various types--knits, sports, dressy, etc. You find unusual jewelry as well. The service is the best with Joel and his staff taking care of your every need. I receive many compliments on the clothes I have purchased from Crystal Boutique.

I've been shopping at Crystal Boutique since 1984. I still deal with the same person! They are knowledge, customer oriented. They know what is in my closet and will call when something comes in that I would like. They do not charge for alterations. They have the most unique, beautiful clothes in the DC Metro area, hands down. They stand by their clothes and I've never had a problem is something needs a repair. The owner is there every day and personally waits on customers. They are a joy and make me feel and look beautiful.

Personalized service by an attentive, knowledgeable staff. Range of appealing clothes for women of all ages, sizes and shapes. Accessories to make each outfit shine. Wonderful alteration services and lay-away. Ability to order outfits made especially in my color and size which last for years and cost far less than other similar labels.

I have been a loyal shopper at The Crystal Boutique for over 25 years!!! They have fashions for all occasions----from Inaugural Gowns to fabulous cruise wear. I have mostly purchased career wear, and feel I can achieve a professional image best with their advice. They also have wonderful accessories including belts, jewelry, scarves, purses, that are perfect items for completing outfits. Their service is also unparalleled. It is truly an exciting and fun shopping experience each and every time I go to The Crystal Boutique!!! The owners and staff are amazingly friendly and very helpful.

Crystal Boutique is great at advising you as to the "right" and most "up to date" outfits with stylish accessories for special occasions as well as for everyday wear. They also make sure that the clothes fit properly. They are also excellent at helping you choose clothes that compliment your own style and coordinate with clothes you already have.

Their fine selection of clothes are chic, stylish, and classic. However, what really makes them the best is their customer service. I have been a customer since they opened and anytime I ever need anything, they are there and provide it. For special occasions, I call them to alert them and they have always come through with something spectacular making me look and feel like a million bucks!

I started shopping at Crystal Boutique in 1989. What I like most about them is the "personal shopper" atmosphere. Once you shop there, they know your style, what will look good on you, the right colors for you, etc. I moved to San Diego in 1997 and I still shop with them. I can buy clothing unseen because they know my style, and if I don't like it (that doesn't happen very often), there is never any problem with returning the clothing. It's a good feeling to know you can shop for plus sizes at the Crystal Boutique and know you will look stylish and not matronly. Their selection of clothing is outstanding!

The selection is top-notch and the customer service is second to none. I can always find what I want at the Crystal Boutique, plus I always end up purchasing a "I have to have" piece. But beware: when you go, you will always buy more than you planned because the clothes are so hard to resist.

They do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is happy including custom tailoring to get the best fit. Also, they remember everyone by name and everyone knows Joel, the owner. Once, my husband went there to buy me an outfit for my birthday and Joel knew my size, my taste and what would look best on me. I ended up with two outfits! Go Joel!

Throughout my life, I've had a really hard time finding jeans that fit. They have ones that do! The Boutique also has marvelous clothes for all occasions that you just don't see everywhere. A real find for women's clothing!

I have been a Crystal Boutique satisfied customer for 20 years--and through that entire time, I have found fabulous clothing appropriate for my age and my progressing career. The service is as personal as you want it to be. I frequently pop in when I have just an hour or less to spare and have a rack full of clothes to try on within 15 minutes. Crystal Boutique has made me look great for many years--couldn't live without them!

Crystal Boutique has the personal service so lacking today in the larger department stores. Their selection is varied and very good quality reasonably priced. They remember what you've gotten there before and help you to build upon what you already have (whether purchased there or not) -- they do NOT just try to sell you any old thing but rather work with you, your size, and your budget. They're terrific! I've been going there for years!
