We hired Sara for full coordination services as soon as we were engaged. We were looking for a wedding coordinator who would be a part of every aspect of the planning process. Sara's warm and inviting personality is well suited for wedding coordination. She is fun-loving, open, and supportive yet organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented. She is a consummate professional, experienced and well-prepared. Sara sought to understand our style and vision of the wedding and guided us through every element without overwhelming us. Throughout the planning process, Sara made us feel at ease and she brought to bear her experiences and vendor recommendations. She accompanied us to interviews and meetings with vendors, at times asking important questions that we had not thought of. As a result, we were able to stay within our budget while hiring highly professional vendors we could trust. With Sara helping us, planning the wedding was not a daunting task but rather a fun and enjoyable experience. Sara was always available to us, even when she was on vacation! I never had any problem contacting her via email or phone. When I left messages, she returned them within 24 hours. Even though she had other clients she was working with, she made us feel as if we were a top priority. People often say to expect something to go wrong at the wedding, but I am unaware of anything that went wrong at ours. Everything was more beautiful than we ever imagined or expected. Every detail was absolutely perfect, including the flowers, the ceremony programs, the table settings, the music, the food, and the cake. The events of the day of the wedding went smoothly, and I felt calm and comfortable in knowing that Sara was handling everything. More importantly, we were thrilled that our family, friends, and invited guests would not have to “work” at our wedding but would be able to celebrate with us and enjoy the evening. Many of our guests are still complimenting our wedding, saying that it is the best they’ve been to. In the end, we agree that hiring Sara was the best decision we made for our wedding. She delivered a beautiful wedding, executed seamlessly. She proved to be instrumental and invaluable in creating our special day.

The best wedding planning-related decision that I made was hiring Sara. She was so attentive to my vision of the wedding, down to the last detail. Sara was meticulous in her planning, contacting of all of the vendors, creating the timeline for the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding (which she executed perfectly!), and she did everything with such enthusiasm. She was a pleasure to be around, and several of my vendors mentioned the same thing to me after the wedding.

Sara is a phenomenal wedding coordinator and I truly believe that my wedding day would not have been as smooth without her help. I hired Sara to do Day-of-Coordination (DOC), and was so impressed with her initiative and so relaxed in knowing that she really would "take care of everything" that I decided to extend her contract. She assisted with identifying a stylist who came to my hotel room the morning of my wedding, assisted with my ever-changing guest list and provided a shoulder when I needed one! As part of the original DOC contract, she also provided vendor coordination (contracts, instructions, etc), crisis management, ceremony and reception management and knowledgeable advice! She developed timetables and schedules for the big day, made sure everyone (the wedding party) knew what to do, when to do it, etc. She also coordinated the rehearsal the night before. Her knowledge of the wedding industry is amazing - I wish I had her around when my husband and I were negotiating our vendor contracts! She did a fabulous job of coordinating everything and most importantly, keeping the bride and her mother calm and out of the way of vendors and crises. Sara was able to mitigate numerous last minute crises, including a fiasco with the florist, guests that did not arrive on time, a transported outdoor ceremony (Hurricane Ivan blessed my wedding day with torrential downpours), and various other unavoidable mishaps. She was everywhere, yet I never saw her. She made everything work and I cannot thank her enough! On top of her professional attributes, Sara is a wonderful person with a smart sense of humor. I truly enjoyed her company! Everything I needed, Sara provided. She has a tremendous command of the industry and is full of great ideas and creative solutions. I could never have pulled off the wedding of my dreams without her assistance! She deserves every accolade and award and I wish her the best of luck with her wedding coordination business.

Bella Notte is the best because its owner, Sara Bauleke, goes above and beyond what anyone can reasonably expect a wedding planner to do. She made my wedding like a fairy tale, kept us on budget, and kept everyone calm on my wedding day. Our families loved her (and they are not easily impressed), our bridal party loved her, and we, the bride and groom, loved her. And as an added bonus, Sara knew more about Jewish weddings than I did-- and she is not even Jewish!
