I think Edible Greetings is the best because every cake that Niki makes is with love and expertise. There is not a baker around that has quality as well as beauty when it comes to the cake business. She is professional and loves what she does. I am a baker myself, however, when a cake is needed I will definitely call Niki because I know the cake will not only taste good but everyone will be in awe when they see her work. She is definitely a conversation starter as well as a stopper when it comes to her cakes. Delish...

We had two amazing cakes at our wedding. My wife's cake was really pretty and a good treat. My cake was amazing and good. I was unable to eat the grooms cake. By the time I got to eat it all the guest ate it all :( I know they enjoyed it.

Niki made my wedding cake in Sept 2006. She was very accommodating of my requests and arranged 2 free tastings for me. After each tasting, she sent me home with lots of extra cake. She makes the most amazing rum cake in the world! I still dream of it and can't wait to order another delectable dessert from her.

She made a cake for a friend of mines for their baby shower and people were trying to take pictures of the cake, and send the pictures to their friends. And after we started to cut the cake and pass it out the cake lasted about twelve minutes. Everyone wanted her website. The party was a blast.

I will say again that I have a huge desire for pastries especially cakes. I have traveled all over this great country eating my favorite pastries, I tell you, I have never seen or tasted the uniqueness that comes with this great artist of Edible Greetings. I can't wait to see her magazine that I understand is being launched by her. What a great thrill and treat for all of us to have this kind of greatness in this area.

I have a huge appetite for pastries especially cakes, and I have never ever seen or tasted what I consider the greatest cakes in all my travel is this great country. This young lady of Edible Greetings, I tell you, is a true artist when it comes to her cakes. Also, I understand she is launching her own magazine - what a tremendous treat for all of us.

I feel that she is a very passionate person when it comes to dealing with clients and she is very in tune with their feelings as to what they want. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her cakes. She will not just drop the cake off or have someone deliver. Ms Chaffin will bring the cake herself and set it up. She is truly a winner in my book. Keep up the good work. The world needs more people like you.

The cakes at Edible Greetings not only look great but they taste great too. Booking them for our wedding was probably one of the first things my fiancé and I agreed upon. Niki is professional, easy to work with and extremely talented. She was also very helpful with any questions we had about flavors, textures, colors and shapes. It was a pleasure doing business with Edible Greetings and we definitely look forward to hearing the oooo’s, ahhhh’s and mmmm’s from our guests.

Niki did my wedding cake earlier this year and truly made my reception most memorable. Not days, but months later and people are still talking about how good the cake tastes and asking for the name and number of the business. She is so sweet to work with and professional.
