Douglasville Retail Meat and Smokehouse carries the finest in meat featuring Prime Certified Angus Beef, all natural pork, chicken, lamb and veal. Our gourmet sausages and jerky are made from scratch with several flavors to chose from. Our deli features Boar's Head fine delicatessan meats and cheeses. Our gourmet coffee line is Barnie's Coffee. All breads, cakes, pies and pastry are made from scratch. We have a wide variety of cheese and Gourmet sodas. We serve homemade food in our hot bar, hot and cold sandwiches, and gourmet 1/2 pound burgers. We offer free WI-FI for our laptop customers.Sit down on our beautiful down home front porch and enjoy. Our smoked meats, sausage and jerky are deliciously smoked in the smokehouse. Our in house chef's do custom cooking and catering. Our take home chef program has been a hit giving 5 star meals for your party or function letting you enjoy your guests instead of stressing and running to serve. The meats are unbelievable! I love getting freshly cut bacon to my own thickness. It is spectacular cooked on the grill. The ribs are magnificent. The steaks melt in your mouth. We buy all our meat here. A job well done to David and his crew!! A++

Hunters alert!! This is the only stop you need to make back from the lease. Their jerky and sausage is to die for. Not only do they do deer but they also will process hogs!!

If you haven't been yet, you are in for a treat!! Best meat, the sausage and jerky are to die for not to mention their gourmet foods to go. I can order right before I get off work and by the time I arrive at the store I can pick it up and go home to serve my family a 4 star meal without the 4 star prices. The chefs go out of their way to give you the best tips for your meals. David and Sabrina allow an unique shopping and dining experience. Not just a meat shop but your neighborhood smokehouse.

I've had steaks and chops from various shops around Atlanta-Simply put, these are the best!! A little pricey, but if you're a steak lover-who cares. You get what you pay for!

Douglasville Retail Meat and Smokehouse is a Godsend to our community their efforts this year in the Georgia Hunters for the Hungry will give west Georgian food banks proteins for the winter and holiday months. David is a very nice man who really treats you like family and cares about this community. The products my wife and I buy are always outstanding. He is collecting donations on site for hunters for the hungry even if you do not hunt you probably know a hunter or you can give a dollar to the buck for a buck program. We tell everyone we know about this place and his jerky, steaks and sausage are awesome. Thanks David and Sabrina for being role models in our community

The shop is unique: Deli, Fresh Certified Angus meat. Meals to go, they will cook/smoke meat for you while you are at work, pick it up on the way home! Hot lunch/dinner bar made daily. Web station available to check out recipes. Freezer section full of vegetables. The fragrance from the in-house smoker when you walk in the door is amazing.

We By beef tenderloin and sausage from them all the time and it is by far the best meat around we also bought a whole pig for my son's graduation party and it was great and the service is awesome as well...

Finally, a "real" butcher and he is just around the corner! The sausage they offer are excellent, the jerky is almost better than my homemade. I will be taking my deer there for processing this season.

I come every Sunday for a 2 inch thick prime porterhouse steak, it is the best I have ever eaten and my treat to myself. I buy 5 bags of jerky - that stuff wow addicting and all natural. My wife loves all the Cajun and Polish items carried there homemade pirogies we are from Chicago and they are awesome. The Italian sausage they make is the best you will ever get in GA. They put a catering together for our company and wow the food we were very pleased as well as our guest. They will certainly get our Christmas Party.

ok hands down the best ever!!! I come from a small town in washington state we raised our own livestock and butchered them ourselves and ate like kings.then i moved some 20 years ago and always wanted to find some real meat to cook!! then my prayers were answered!! douglasville retail meat and smokehouse you guys are the bomb!!!!real bacon sausage jerky...and steaks omg....did i mention the steaks!!!!!hey and my dogs even like it!!!!!

I normally only get the great tasting sausage or the tender filets but this weekend I got one of those 1/2 lb burgers and some bbq jerky! Oh my! I actually went back the next day to do it again. Please try it once you'll be back every week. I love the meats and the guys and Sabrina that works there are very friendly.

I have been going to the smokehouse since they have opened. They have the best meat, and very good prices. My wife and I no longer goto the grocery stores to buy our meat. Dave and his crew are always friendly and helpful. PLEASE check them out, you will not be let down.

Cannot wait to go to Douglasville retail Meat and Smokehouse. Everything I have had from their is so delicious. David does the best brisket around. It is mouth watering good Texas style. Homemade sausage is out of this world. He carries great cuts of meat. One should swing by and see the fine quality of food he has to offer. He and his staff are friendly, considerate and most of all very helpful. Enjoy!!!!!!

Not only is this the best retail meat and smokehouse in the Atlanta area but they provide the outstanding customer service with a Texas twist to it! Don't forget to pick up dessert while you are getting your family's dinner. It has been my one stop shop since it open and I have a 5 year old that will not let me pass by without stopping in for a cookie.
