The Chocolate Gallery Cafe opened their doors in the late winter of 1993 for Breakfast & Lunch, serving up the freshest of ingredients in "the Best Eggs Benedict in the Country", Strawberry Stuffed French Toast, savory omelets, homemade soups, including Hungarian Mushroom and Classic Sandwiches. Each meal is prepared fresh. Chef Chuck LaBash and his wife Cathy have also developed a line of award winning desserts including their Chocolate Buckingham Torte. The Chocolate Gallery is also available for Full Service Catering , Chocolate Fountain Rentals and custom chocolates, including Truffles and Molded Chocolates. They are located just West of Ryan on Chicago Road (13 1/2). Stop by and enjoy.

A great find! Such excellent food and wonderful people, staff and owners alike. I live north of the area and try to visit every time I'm in this part of the city.
Would love to learn some of their culinary tricks. Maybe they'll do cooking classes! I would attend!
