Bell Liquor and Wine Shoppe is the best because of Bob, Fred, and Mo. They are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and approachable. Then, there is a great selection of wine. These guys really know how to make one feel glad to shop for wine. Finally, the tastings they have are really informative and fun. I go out of my way to shop with them.
