Compared to any store, not just knitting stores, Knitch has more spirit, attention to detail and inventory than any other I've visited. From the minute you walk in it's a comfortable, fun experience, a breath of fresh air in the over lit, noisy, hard-edged commercial scene.

Knitch is a true community store - I've met so many nice people there and am always inspired and soothed by the wonderful staff and customers and the beauty of the shop itself and the merchandise. Knitch is also involved in helping the community on many levels. It is an asset to our city!

Knitch is the most beautiful knitting/craft store I have ever seen. The owner and her awesome staff are the most friendly and informative group I have ever encountered. They taught me to knit if 10 minutes - I had a cashmere scarf project going in no time that turned out GREAT! Being at Knitch is more like being with a circle of friends than being in a store. Try it out and you will see what I mean!!! Also, the website is scrumptious!

This is the most beautiful knitting/craft store I have ever been in! The merchandise is truly extraordinary but even more astounding...the assistance and friendliness of the owner and her fabulous staff are out of this world! They taught me to knit in 10 minutes and had me going on a beautiful cashmere scarf that turned out great in no time! This store has THE best customer service I have EVER experienced! It certainly feels more like a circle of friends than a store. You really need to experience it to understand what I mean!
