This place is phenomenal! The pasta tastes so fresh and the sauces are immaculate. We had a delicious meat and cheese sampler to start, and I had the gnocchi con salciccia e finnochio, which is gnocchi with a sauce made from their house made sausage, red peppers & fennel. I have never tasted such wonderful Italian sausage and it paired divinely with the fennel. For dessert, I had the mascarpone & maple cheesecake and it was pure heaven! Bellissimo!!!

I have always loved di Paolo's fresh ingredients and simplicity so when I began dating my current fiance I wanted to take him there. He had been to Tuscany multiple times and he loved di Paolo, he said it was like one of his favorite restaurants in Castiglione... we went last year and he was right. di Paolo is a taste of Tuscany in our backyard. We are very lucky and enjoy dinner there as often as possible.

Excellent wine selection. Uber knowledgeable wait staff. I have never had a meal there that was not impressive. It's like a party in my mouth!

As soon as you walk in the door at diPaolo and you receive that warm greeting, you know your in for a good time. The atmosphere is the best you'll find. The food is consistently fabulous and the wine selection superb. Susan and her team are dedicated to ensuring that your dining experience at di Paolo will be one you won't soon forget.

They are the best Italian restaurant ever - I travel extensively and love to cook and eat - Di Paulo is always a hit, never a bad dish, always inventive, fresh and lively. The aromas the atmosphere are so welcoming. People from Buckhead travel north as opposed to the north traveling to Buckhead! Simply put, the best of Atlanta/Georgia and most likely the Southeast!
