There lots to do and see. The layout is wonderful - spread out , so you're not crowded.
The aquarium is the most exciting place I have ever been. The beautiful exhibits, the rare and exotic animals, the informative and courteous staff all help to make this attraction the star of Atlanta.
I love the Georgia. We can only hope the rest of Downtown Atlanta can get it together.
it is a fascination of mine. I also feel they did a great job. it is something we can be very proud of. I don't think i would ever tire of going and sitting enjoying the peace.
I think they are the best because they have brought a slice of the ocean to a land locked city and they make research on the animals they host a priority.
I visited the Aquarium on July 21, 2007. This was a most amazing experience, and I am so glad I had a chance to see such a beautiful sight. Thank you.
Where else in the world can you see so many fish and sea creatures outside of going to the actual oceans where they naturally exist? Wonderful experience!
Unlike a regular museum, the "art" changes every minute. Unique , graceful and beautiful animals, great displays
My son and I live in Macon, Georgia, and have been members of the Georgia Aquarium since it opened. We visit the aquarium 3-4 times each year, and still manage to see something new during each visit. Now, at the age of five, my son knows almost as much about marine life as I do!
There is eye candy for every age group and there are definite beginnings and ends to each exhibit giving you time to review what you just experienced before going on to the next. Much like having sorbet after each course.
It is most relaxing to sit and watch all the fish in the big tank. A great way to relieve the stress of the day and just chill!!!
My husband and I took our 2 year old son this summer. He had a lot of fun, and loved looking at all the different fish and animals. If you want a fun place to take young kids, the Georgia Aquarium is the place to go.
I could sit for hours and watch the multitude of fish, large and small, swimming in the big tank. It's almost as much fun to watch the children enjoy their experience. What a wonderful gift to Atlanta.
Wow... where to begin... of course the displays were most excellent, very family oriented. Even though it was full of people, we could still enjoy it without feeling like it was creating too much anxiety. The employees made you feel completely welcome, and kept things flowing smoothly and efficiently. Will surely return in the near future with our passes.
It is so amazing to interact so closely with such a wide range of sea life. It is a gem to have so close by. What a great place for kids to learn.
The exhibits captures the imagination of both young and old. The attractively styled layout helps visitors to experience the unique worlds of the creatures and aides in the flow of foot-traffic.
Very educational...children love the hands on periods where they can actually touch some of the fish...once in a life time experience.
I have an annual membership for my son and I and he love going and looking at all the exhibits. He never gets tired of it.
No aquarium can compare to the breadth and collection we have here in Atlanta. And the volunteer corps are incredible.
Without a doubt The Georgia Aquarium is the Most Outstanding display of aquatic life and how we as humans can help preserve and protect those below the waters.
The research and concern for the creatures is wonderful. The experiences there are amazing. And the food is great, too!
My entire family was able to enjoy this wonderful museum and we cannot wait to get back there the next time we are in Atlanta.
A first class act! The number one place to visit when you are stressed. I promise you will come out of the aquarium felling totally unstressed.
The GA Aquarium has whale sharks and beluga whales. They are the coolest. Their exhibits are always clean and in good condition. Volunteers are knowledgeable and friendly. They show great care for the animals.
I live in Ohio, I brought my children for a visit (ages 9 & 15). We had a wonderful time and one of the most memorable days of their summer!
So much to see and do. I love watching the fish and water creatures doing their thing.
There is the opportunity to see, first hand, fish and mammals that most people would not have the opportunity to see.

It is exciting to see and very educational. I love the Buluga Whales. They entertain the crowd.
My children loved their day at the Aquarium. It was a learning experience disguised as FUN. They are looking forward to visiting again very soon. The Aquarium is a place that will long be a great family experience and a place that one could not grow tired of visiting. Our family is thankful for the experience we had together at the Aquarium.
It is a wonderful place for families and friends to explore the wonders of the sea world.
