East Meets West Catering was established in 1989 when the first wave of California cuisine melded with the traditions of East Coast dining. Since the beginning, our chefs and event planners have challenged conventional boundaries with innovative menus that continue to please the most discriminating palates.

I use EMW several times a year and have never been disappointed. From the ease of working with the Event Planners to the event itself is worry free. The staff is always professional and the food not only looks great but taste great as well.

It's all in the name I think - the food is varied and inspiring, where even the staples are done surprisingly and deliciously - we've tried to copy their ideas at home! Their eye for detail in presentation is a joy. We love to have them work with our family, and value their respect & professionalism in our homes.

Different caterers have different approaches, but East Meets West just has a touch that my wife & I enjoy always. Their presentation is beautiful, tasteful, and the food is charming in array and always delights our guests. We always take pictures of their set-up at our parties, so I will post one later on. I'm so glad to see them nominated here!

The attention to the palate and cutting edge detail in design East Meets West Catering utilizes surpasses every other upscale catering company I have used. I am originally from California so when I am having guests over, I want them indulge in a taste from home. EMW Catering only employees the most professional staff, so you never have to worry about mistakes and mishaps. I appreciate their Californian meets East Coast fusion. I plan parties any chance I get just so I can do business with them!
