Welcome to Watch City Brewing Company. As both a restaurant and brewery it is at the core of a vibrant dining scene in the Metrowest. Since 1996 it has consistently provided its customers with fresh, handcrafted beer and intensely appetizing and delicious meals. Watch City beer is highly regarded on both a local and national level, winning distinctions for a number of the styles produced at it's Moody St. locale. Much like the jeweled pocket watches this city once manufactured, there's a professional respect for the craftmanship of it's Brew Master, Aaron Mateychuk. The beer is always satisfying and never sparing for flavor or character

Watch City is very consistent in their assortment of receipies, Their flavors & ingredients are out of sight ! Love the thought in the names, & designs. They are a complete package when it comes to fantastic beer! The Brewer Aaron is truely a Master! Hats off to you my friend!

Beverages and food are top of the line, and you always feel comfortable at the bar or a table. Although we are from out of town, we plan our trips around Watch City. The bottle conditioned beers are something we can take home and enjoy all year long.

Watch City is the only brewery that I have been to where I would drink any of their offerings at any season with pleasure...and I have been to breweries in almost all 50 states and many different countries.

It's the perfect place for food, relaxation and a great selection of beers. When I go home to visit my relatives in the Waltham area, it's the only place we go. The people behind the bar are like family.

WCB is our new favorite. We recently moved to Waltham and cannot leave that place. The beers are very good and they always have a great variety.

They craft their beers at a higher caliber than the other places. Their spectrum of styles, let alone the flavors, are really second to none. I am particularly impressed with the Titan (Brown).

As a Mug Club member this local brew pub is my “Cheers”, a place where everyone knows your name. The Staff are friendly and the beer of course is excellent with their regular beer list, to their seasonal specialty beers. If you’re a Hop Head, you can’t go wrong with their IPA appropriately call “Hops Explosion’’

When you walk in, the scent of beer and great food just hits the spot. The bar seats and the tables toward the back offer the opportunity to meet people or just have a conversation with the people you are with. What a place - and 10 years strong!

Their Pie Eyed Pumpkin Ale is the drink of the Gods! Their nightly specials are fantastic. Favorite appetizer - Chinese crispy beef tips.

Great food has gotten better with their expanded menu, a consistent staff ensures a familiar face and the custom crafter beers are out of this world! Plus, members of the Mug Club save a ton on account of numerous promotions. Sunset can have the college crowd - no Bud Light here!
