Kristina Shumsky is the best teacher in Pilates and Gyrotonics. She is not only an excellent teacher, but she can demonstrate movement and technique perfectly!

the staff has worked very hard to help me rehab after serious surgery. when my instructor is on vacation she always finds someone to cover. i feel as though it is an extended family.
