TOP NOTCH ATHLETICS was established in 2001 as a summer camp provider for existing cheerleaders and dance teams (BCDC Camps). When various participants expressed interest in continuing the program after camp, the first All-Star Competitive teams were formed with 10 dancers and 5 cheerleaders. The program only lasted one year due to the financial and skill obligations of the competitive industry being too much for many teen participants in metropolitan areas. Realizing the need for affordable quality training activities for youth at an early age, Top Notch Athletics established the School Partnership and Community Partnership.
