This is a simple but pleasant place that is far from what it looks like! It is a perfect place to take the whole family and have a lovely dinner or lunch! Its is not as fancy as it might seem but it is an enjoyable place!

Not the usual fare; Salvadorean as well as Mexican and handmade right in front of you: tasty, fragrant handmade tortillas; moist tamales with meat AND vegtables; homemade salsas; great tasting huraches and pupusas; no attitude, no hurrying you to order, calm atmosphere, great price.

There are 3 other places with names that people know, but Lupita is the winner. Try them - period. I know people that live in Lawrence who go to Lupita when they are anywhere near Boston!

It's the best authentic Mexican food around. The meat is perfectly spice, the food is fresh, and the result is delicious!

This place never fails to satisfy, if you are looking for the real deal, and not some gringo crap!
Great service, great people, great for a sit down lunch (you can eat with real knives and forks). Make sure you try the tortas as well......

Having lived in Mexico, I can say that walking into Tacos Lupita has the feel of a true Taqueria. It feels like coming home.
