Magic Beans always has the latest and best products. Not only that, their kind and knowledgeable staff are both available and eager (yes eager) to help in any way. Everybody in this store is always smiling. It's truly a pleasure to shop here. I live nowhere near Magic Beans, but I can be found there at least once a month. I recommend it to everyone. Way to go Magic Beans!!

It's a beautiful store with all the best and latest items for babies. It's got a great selection of little toys for all ages and bigger ones if you want to buy something special and different. The owners and salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful and my shopping experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

Magic Beans is unique in a Toys R Us era. The employees actually know about the products and they provide excellent service. That is something almost unheard of in the toy/gear industry. The staff is friendly and allows parents and kids to play in the play space and you don't feel guilty if you don't buy anything. Bottom line is all the toys are appropriate and you don't have to be nervous that your kid will pick up a toy that is violent or just plain inappropriate!

Magic Beans has lots of really great toys and baby gear in a fun, colorful, and exciting environment. It's the kind of stuff that I'd want my own kids to have. Magic Beans also offers lots of great services to its customers. But what really makes Magic Beans the best is its manager!

The entire staff makes you feel like you're the single most important customer in the world, regardless if you are spending $600 on a stroller or $6 on a toy...they are by far my favorite toy store!! The amazing play space in the rear of the store makes for a great network between parents. If that isn't enough, they promote and encourage community, music, art and PLAY!! The children are actually allowed, better yet, encouraged to play with the toys and the staff. My son and I love Magic Beans!

Their staff is very helpful when looking for products. They have a good knowledge of the products sold in the store and can provide the right information to help you make the best purchase. They have a wide variety of products to choose from, they are family friendly and even have a great little play area right in the store. They stock great products at all price points.

The staff is very friendly and they have hundreds of products that no one else has. Huge selection of very good toys and parents stuff. You can always find the right thing for you. Moreover, there is a playground inside the store. They don't mind when kids play inside the store.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff make shopping at Magic Beans a pleasure. You can tell them you need a birthday gift for a 7 year old boy and they'll make a perfect recommendation. The staff really take an interest in helping you pick the right item rather than simply selling you stuff. Both I and my children love shopping there!

Every time I'm in Boston, I love to pop into Magic Beans to see what new, innovative toys are on their shelves. I know that, without fail, I will always find the perfect gift for, as their phone message states, "kids, past, present, and future." Magic Beans really sets itself apart from the impersonal and overwhelming mega stores and illustrates the importance of knowledgeable salespeople. The staff are absolutely icing on the cake to this already outstanding store.

What a fantastic store! A wonderful selection of educational toys and supplies. We went to several places to buy a stroller and the staff here spent as much time as we needed going through the different strollers, how they worked, pros/cons of each. Fantastic customer service.

I found all of their employees personable and knowledgeable, as well as patient. I was allowed to trial two strollers outside of their store. They opened three boxes before I decided on the stroller for me. Their location can't be beat. Great area to walk and find food and coffee to go.

My family and I travel all the way from Lowell to shop at Magic Beans. We have a wonderful shop in our town called hausKids, that carries wonderful European toys and children's products, but Magic Beans fills in the gaps where haus leaves off. Most of all, the staff at Magic Beans are BOTH knowledgeable AND helpful about products that require know-how -- One of their friendly sales associates spent at least a half hour with me trying on ALL their baby slings looking for the best fit for me and my colic-y newborn. It was a very busy Sunday and I felt I had her full attention and did not feel rushed or pressured. Their selection of toys not dependent upon batteries for their operation is wide and runs from high end to nifty-gifty impulse.

Magic Beans has an amazing selection of baby gear and a vast array of educational and fun toys. The best thing about Magic Beans is that the owners are parents themselves, and everything is tried and tested. Magic Beans also has terrific customer service. It's our favorite baby/kids store.
