Stephanie always does my hair the way I love it! Whenever I am undecided, she always says, don't worry, I know what to do, and she does! Not only is she great at what she does, she has the personality to go along with it.

Giacomo is simply amazing. He cuts hair in such a way that you are able to style it the way he does. He has you in mind the whole time. Chanel gave my mom the best hair cut she has ever had! She did an exceptional job on my highlights. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel like you have known them forever!

Immaculate Salon, designers and all personnel are welcoming and professional, NO ATTITUDE. Pure and Natural Aveda products. Will n ever go anywhere else.

My hairdresser Wendy is a fabulously talented hairdresser and everyone including the owner of the salon is so pleasant to be around. I love going there to get my hair done and would highly recommend Wendy.

Great ambiance, fantastic advice, terrific cut. Finally, a hair stylist team that work together and I got the haircut that looks great despite coming into the salon with a vague idea of what I wanted, yet knowing what I didn't want ! THANK YOU !

It's a great place! Everyone is friendly, the staff are extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. What more could you ask for? They've always given me great advice about my hair and without a doubt one of the best decisions I made when I first moved to Boston 6 years ago was to step through the Giacomo and Rondi Salon doors!

I am very fussy about my hair color, and I get the best foil there I have of any other salon (and I have been to a lot!). Also, I receive great haircuts and friendly service. The staff is gracious and not standoffish.

Giacomo is a great stylist. I have been a customer of his for many years. His salon offers every amenity I look for when treating myself to a day of beauty and relaxation. He and his staff not only very professional but engaging to all of their customers. My time there is most relaxing and enjoyable.

Giacomo first cut my hair about 25 years ago when I lived in Boston. I moved to RI in 1989 and began searching for someone closer. I swear RI is the hair salon capitol - there are hundreds of salons here - but I never found anyone who cut my hair like Giacomo. Now I drive to Boston every couple of months just for a haircut. Giacomo is truly an artist. No chit chat if you aren't in the mood - he concentrates on each and every hair on your head. Too many stylists can cut your hair in 15 minutes - he takes an hour! Amazing!

The Giacomo & Rondi Salon provides the highest quality service with absolute professionalism. Their services are delivered with precision and expertise, demonstrating their years of experience and dedication to their business. They are extremely accomodating and always make me feel as a welcome part of their family, and not just a client. Before finding Giacomo's, I had been to many salons in the Newbury Street area. Giacomo's service level far surpasses their competitors, and does so without all the false pretenses. I am proud to be able to recognize the Giacomo & Rondi Salon as they are truly the Best of Boston.

Giacomo & Rondi Salon has been cutting and styling my hair for 30+ years and I've never had a bad cut. I have received many compliments on my style over the years, thanks to this salon that I highly recommend. The salon is pristine and the entire staff is professional, competent, and friendly.

I've been going there for 5 years. Most guys like me spend no more than $10 at a barber shop but this place just steps it up. I went to half a dozen places before I came here and didn't find a place I liked. Once I came here for the first time, I never went anywhere else since and don't plan to.

Are you a salon hopper? An appointment with Wendi will cure you of that! She is fantastic. The whole place is fantastic.

My wife and I have been Giacomo's customers for close to 20 years...the service has always been professional with customers receiving very personalized attention, and great care going into every detail of your wash/rinse/color/cut/blowdry.
Giacomo himself - used to - and still does - the hair of a lot of "A-list" runway models... this speaks to the consistently high level of care and attention he provides to make you look the best you possibly can.
Every haircutter in the salon uses his special scissor technique... every cut is beautifully and carefully layered - and as we always say - a piece of art! You won't leave the chair until it's "perfect"!
If you haven't tried Giacomo's, you owe it to yourself to try this upscale salon, close to everywhere in Boston.

I have been going to Giacomo & Rondi Salon for about 6 years now. The staff is very well trained, and offers the best products and services (Aveda) and I always walk out of the salon looking like a million bucks. I have stuck with one colorist the whole time, and she is truly the BEST. I definitely think that they should win this year!

When people ask who did your hair it looks great then you know you have gone to the best. Color, style they do it right and the staff is great as well.
