Woolcott and Company
We are a full service retail shop for hand knitters and crocheters located in the heart of Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts (for out-of-town visitors, it's just a quick MBTA ride from Boston.). Our incredible selection of yarn includes the latest each season from Rowan, Classic Elite, Manos del Uruguay, Tahki/Stacy Charles, Araucania, Malabrigo, Colinette, Knitting Fever, and more! We can provide you with whatever knitting accessories you need to make both knitting and finishing your projects easy and successful. We pride ourselves on having the most helpful staff and experienced knitting teachers around. We offer evening classes during the week for knitters at all levels of experience, and private lessons during shop hours, by appointment. Our Monday evening workshops concentrate on specific topics, such as finishing techniques, socks, bead knitting, lace knitting, and more.

They have one of the most gorgeous selections of yarns of any store I've visited in the country and even Europe. They're helpful in looking for patterns for the yarn selected. This is a store I can get lost in for hours.
