They have a horrible return policy, and make no exceptions. Even with a receipt you can only get store credit which expires in 7 days. The older woman working there has a very off putting attitude that will not have me coming back for more, ever! The jewelry is overpriced and could be found at Macy's for half the price.

Exceptional place. Fine jewelry pieces are best in Boston and the selection of the local art at monthly exhibitions is outstanding.
