I visited Firefly Jewelry and Gifts while on a short vacation. A few weeks later, the proprietor emailed me a picture of the necklace I admired in his store - which I thought exhibited exemplary customer service. Needless to say, the beautiful necklace, made with glass from ancient roman ruins is now one of my prize possessions.

Firefly is THE place to shop!! An artistic variety of gifts, a brilliant variety of jewelry, and an unexpected variety of items are available guaranteed to please that person on your list who is ALWAYS sooooo difficult to shop for....go to Firefly if you want to take the 'guess work' out of purchasing an unique and impressive gift! AND the inventory is always updated.....visit often to see their new merchandise-----that is one of the best aspects of Firefly, you will definitely find a different treasure each time you shop. Plus, the owner and his sales associates are genuinely friendly; and it's interesting to learn about the artists they feature in their store....there is so much to see, but, unlike some Newbury Street stores, you never feel any pressure to buy....Firefly always extends a welcoming atmosphere......I think they are the specialty gift shop in Boston!!

The past two years I have been a customer of Firefly Jewelry. I was on a business trip in Boston and was walking by this store and thought I would look around. I found the quality of the jewelry was excellent and the price was very fair. I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Firefly. The customer service has been excellent.
