I want to start by saying I cant agree more with all the negative reviews of this place. And if it wasnt such a hassle to take them to court for failing to deliver what was expected and breach of contract , we would. I will say that we were told ahead of time we would not know who of photographer would be, but he was pleasant and did take most of the pictures we wanted. It is in dealing with Jennifer that all the trouble lies, They write their contracts in such a way that it could have multiple meanings, they dont respond to you in a timely manor and were very slow in getting our negatives. And now are having trouble with putting our wedding album together the way we want it and not the way they are designing it. They are quick to take the money but not quick on delivering the goods. It was a rating that was negative to the tenth degree I would use it. I wouldnt never ever recommend these people to anyone. and I guess the saying is true cant judge a book by its cover

Do yourself a favor and DONT hire this so called company. It is a scam, you are showed professional photos and the day of your wedding you will get a less expierenced a hole like i did! I didnt get any of the photos i asked for. The so called photographer from another company Atkin Photo was rude and unprofessional. After seeeing my pictures i was discusted! I complained to Jennifer about the photos and reminded her we signed a contract with A fine image not atkin photo....i was told i had to file a complaint through a service they use and spend $1000 and there was "no chance" i'd win. After asking for the info i was told by the owner if i go elsewhere to file a complaint all of my photos would be deleted and they would have "no record" of my wedding with their company. Please think twice before hiring them it will ruin your day! There was not one guest at my wedding that didnt make a comment about our photographer! I was to say the least discusted with the entire thing. Keep your day special and spend the extra money and time and go elsewhere!

I interview the photographer and the day of the wedding another person showed up. Awful pictures and most of them are blurry. They are affordable but it is not worth it after how much I spent in my wedding.
Don't use them if you don't want to regret. I wish I saw more reviews about this company before I hired them. They are also rude and they just want my money regardless on what we have agreed.

These people are awful, rude, would never hire them. I had the worst experience just trying to set up an appointment. Horrible service!

Stay away from these guys. They are dishonest, rude and from what I've read from many people, not very good at what they do. My wife and I got jipped out of $1500 1 week before our wedding because they changed our photographer at the last minute and when we called to ask them what's going on, they started yelling at us and said we were stuck because we signed a contract. We fired them and lost our deposit. Trust us, don't add to the stress to a joyful time in your lives, go elsewhere for photography. There are just too many good wedding photographers out there.

Don't use A Fine Image. Rude, horrible service. They will be very nice before you give them your money, then they turn on you. They will lie about the person shooting your wedding and land a stranger on you just before your day or the day of. Heed other bad reviews, A Fine Image is anything but.

The photographer that we booked and met with was not the one that came to our wedding! I made a point to add this into the contract, but they word it so they don't have to stick to it. I haven't received my photos yet so I can't comment on quality.
