Levine's opened its doors in 1954, and has since become New England's premier equipment resource for professional photographers. Today we service our customers from around the world from our 17,000 ft/sq. location, in the heart of Boston's photo district. While we are best known for our personal service and extensive inventory of new and used pro photo equipment, we also offer digital imaging equipment, comprehensive rental and repair departments, studio rentals, and a complete self service digital imaging area.

This store has the most variety of products and services with a staff that is equally friendly as knowledgeable. I go to them with all of my camera and video related questions. And I refer them to anyone and everyone I know!

Courteous, very knowledgeable staff, that understands the inveterate amateur as well as the professional. Service and advice are outstanding, and is able to obtain the equipment needed in a very timely fashion if it is not readily at hand.

I have been going to E.P. Levine's for over 14 years and they have always been helpful, respectful, and courteous. There staff is willing to spend time with you and concretely answer your questions, regardless of your experience level. In addition, their pricing tends to be fair and they have never "pushed" me to buy product I'm not interested in. They have a repair shop in house when you have any problems with equipment. Add on the factor that you are able to trade in used equipment and they all-around a great company. I'd say the only difficult thing about them is their hours (they aren't open on the weekend or after 5pm), but I've had higher level sales folks offer to meet me later in the day or at my office to compensate for this in the past...which was truly good customer service.
