I loved this place. After going to the Altered bride and Yolandas and feeling like a huge bother to their staff without the ability to really look at or pick out dresses on my own, I went to Vows where they have an incredible selection and let you try on whatever you want, take as much time as you want , and the staff is super friendly. Don't expect white carpets and a swanky dressing room but this is the place to go if you want to feel more in control of what you're getting! Plus, the prices here are phenomenal. I got a dress at Vows that was in the window of L'elite on Newbury street for about half the price. If you like the stuffy, rude service and the full retail price, then by all means...go to newbury street or Yolandas.

VOWS was the first and last place I shopped for my wedding dress. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I was completely dreading looking for my dress, I thought I would never find the perfect one. The first dress that the saleswoman gave me to try one was the one I ended up buying. The entire experience was wonderful and I would recommend VOWS to everyone!

WOW! is all I have to say. Vera Wang gown for $500 in mint condition. The staff was tremendous, their site so easy to navigate. It has been a pleasure to buy my dress at VOWS. I keep revisiting their site just to look because I am so hooked on their fashion values! A great business.

Everyone at Vows is so nice and helpful. Everyone was always happy and ready to help. I didn't feel rushed or anything. There is a great selection. I tried on at least 10 dress. The first one I tried on was the one I bought. I had gone back to look at it twice and everyone was so nice every time I went back.

My daughter Kelly's wedding gown was purchased at VOW's for her February 2005 wedding at the Omni Parker House. The sales personnel were so helpful there. After she tried on all the dresses she had previously selected and was able to let me view on line, she realized they were not the style she wanted. The VOW's salesperson brought her a Badgley Mischaka gown that had just come in and my daughter fell in love with it. We purchased it for a fraction of the original price and I know the gown made her feel special on her wedding day. VOW's personnel were very accommodating and make the bride-to-be feel important. We accomplished in one day what I thought would take many days especially since I had to make the trip from upstate New York to share this experience with my daughter.

Vows was the first & only place I went looking for my wedding dress. I ended up buying the 3rd dress I tried on - although I tried on about 20 more afterwards. The staff was amazing and the value unbelievable! I bought one of their new designs and was ecstatic to be able to take my dress home with me that day. I am in LOVE with my dress and the whole experience was superb. I would recommend Vows to any bride-to-be!

Great customer service. While the wait to try on dresses can be long, they will accommodate to make it as pleasant as possible, offering to call your cell phone when it is your turn, if you want to go for a cup of coffee.

Vows is a treasure! The inventory includes very high-end gowns from Anne Barge to Reem Acra to Vera Wang at substantial savings. I recently purchased my Reem Acra wedding gown there. It is a flawless, ivory silk gown with extensive intricate embroidery and beadwork all done by hand. It retails for $5000 but I got it for $2500 which is still an incredible value. The staff at vows is friendly, professional, and above all, honest. Their trained eyes will let you know if the gown you have on will work for your height, figure, and features. After 1 hour, I found the dress of my dreams. After going to several other dress shops, the best shopping experience was at Vows!
