At Ice Cream Works, award-winning French pastry chef Christophe Marquant cranks out not only home-made ice cream by hand, but also, a complete line of high-end, European pastries. For both the ice cream and the pastries, only fresh, natural ingredients are used.

The guys are friendly and have some of the best pastry I have ever had. they will go out of their way to make your order beyond the best....its great service , great people and smiles for you , and such an assortment to choose from...

I have known Christoph's magic since we started in a Los Angeles restaurant together in 1994 & opened another one in Cleveland. It's wonderful to see his creative genius on display at Ice Cream Works.
