Premier Pilates studio in Somerville, MA. 1,000 sq. foot Pilates facility. Available equipment 3 Reformers, 2 Cadillacs, Tower unit, High Chair, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrell, Spine Corrector, Magic Circles, Foot Corrector and a variety of hand held props. Private and Semi-private lessons(2 or 3 students working on apparatus atst.) Small group Mat classes offered (7 participants max) weekly Pilates props varied to challenge and support the client. Power Pilates Participating studio, International Teacher Trainer (owner) and apprentice Teacher Training facilty. Additional instructors are Mat and Apparatus acredited by Power Pilates, as well as CPR certified. Current Blue Cross members receive 10% discount on multiple class packages.
