Alana is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. Walking into the spa you instantly feel as if you are one of their closest friends. Alana is passionate about her work and that passion turns into amazing results for anyone who has had the pleasure of her services.

Katana Spa and Salon is one of the few establishments that combines excellent service with a friendly staff that always welcomes you with a smile. No matter how hard of a day you have had you enter this relaxing yet fun atmosphere and feel the weight lifted off your shoulders. The facials are customized based on your needs at the time, and after numerous treatments, I can honestly say that my face has never been disappointed.

I get stopped all the time asking me "where do you get your hair done". I happily tell them - Kathy at Katana. This salon is so much better than the Newbury Street scene! The entire staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. It's like seeing a group of girlfriends every 6 weeks to catch up!

Katana Salon is a vacation away from stress and hectic lives ! Marie Falco provides THE BEST service ever ! I have been seeing Maria as my esthetician for several years even before she was with Katana, and although I live quite a ways away from Winchester I would travel anywhere to get her facials ! She delivers the best facials and provides the very best skin care. She really cares about her clients and works to ensure their satisfaction. Maria Falco is fantastic , and the Katana Salon is honestly the best place to take that "mini-vacation" when you want to de-stress !

Katana is THE BEST for skin care! Marie Falco is outstanding, she is everything you want in a facialist. Her many years of experience, natural talents and wonderful personality make me come back regularly for a variety of skin treatments and products. She is also an artist when it comes to eyebrow waxing/shaping, I never go to anyone else, she does it best. I am so grateful for the extra effort Marie always puts in to bring my skin to its fullest potential and to give me the information and tools I need to keep my skin at it's best... not to mention the incredible neck massages she gives as part of her European message (it feels as though you get a professional masseuse and facialist in one). I also really like the friendly and professional front desk staff, namely Cataline, who always seems on top of her game. Thanks Katana and thank you Marie!

Marie Falco is unbelievable. Her facials are to die for; she makes you feel so beautiful!! Find your inner diva!! My mother recently had a facial and she said: "I felt so beautiful, I went out that night without make-up which I haven't done in 30 years."

I frequent the Spa at Katana Salon and Spa and am a loyal client of Alana’s. She is professional, ALWAYS on time and her expertise is unmatched. Everyone there, in both the Spa and Salon, has a genuine smile for you as you walk in the door. It is a very trendy, yet soothing environment. I travel from Marblehead to Winchester without blinking an eye!
