Top caliber professional grade performances by excellent actors superbly staged with outstanding sets in a beautiful new theater easily accessible with ample free parking without having to drive into Boston. What more could you ask?

Strong local control. Superior quality of shows. Superb new theater. Audiences who are well-informed and love the theater. Final production of "Ragtime" this spring was the best locally produced musical I've seen in Boston for the last 20 years. Elliot Norton would have loved it!

Thoughtful play selection, the best of regional and imported actors, talented direction, fabulous sets in a great theater, and lower ticket prices. Plus free parking and low-priced restaurants nearby. Plus an intelligent, accommodating and cheerful staff.

I have been a subscriber of the New Rep for years and it gets better each season. The new theatre is fantastic. The New Rep has successfully managed to keep an intimate feel to their productions even in the larger new space they now occupy. A must is the plentiful free parking, a great restaurant nearby and the many wonderful displays of art throughout the lobby. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Rick Lombardo is a great director who really cares about the quality of theatre he provides for all us theatre goers. The New Rep gets my vote!

I find the cutting edge bravery of their choices to produce, Frozen was stunning, Romeo and Juliet was the best of the dozens of productions I've seen over the years, Christmas Carol, magnificent even though I've seen a version almost every year of my life, Bill W & Dr. Bob - not so great as a play but well done and significant, and True West was stunning, but Ragtime was the best theater I've seen all year in terms of cast, play, singing, acting and on top of that a significant all-American story we can take our grandkids to to help them understand. We see a play a week in the Boston area and the New Rep is my favorite company as a total company and for individual plays.

The New Rep is an amazing theatre. I have volunteer ushered there for the past few years and am thoroughly impressed with the caliber of productions they offer. Everything, from the superb set designs to the remarkable ensemble and individual performances, is as good as theatre gets, and the fact that they are a local theatre makes the experience even more astonishing! Why go to New York when Boston has the New Rep?

New Rep consistently presents high quality plays performed by first class actors in a comfortable suburban setting where there is ample free parking. My wife and I have been subscribers since the early days of New Rep's existence. As far as are concerned New Rep is indeed the best of Boston.

This theatre is innovative, and now has a fantastic space, which only improves the quality of its shows, since it moved to the Arsenal Center for the Arts in Watertown!

New Rep Theatre is alive. Excitement is felt from the moment one enters the front door. The productions are dynamic and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself.

They have excellent casts. Their "Into the Woods" was better than the touring company in Boston. "Ragtime" was powerful.

The new auditorium in the Arsenal Mall is excellent. The New Rep chooses challenging plays and does them well. RAGTIME was terrific!
