We believe that energy,not just caloric, but spiritual energy lives in the food we serve. So we do our best to make sure that the food had a good journey. From the farm, to the market, to the kitchen (where dancing may occur without notice) and to your table, with care. We pride ourselves on providing the most eco-friendly food sources possible. Our seafood is from sustainable fisheries. Our eggs, chicken and beef are free-range. Our dairy products are locally packed with no added growth hormones. Our produce growers use sustainable soil management and we use organic produce when quality and availability are good. Our coffee is shade-grown and organic, we recycle & compost. Because it is not just the destination, but the journey.
