I have had many waxes before and no-one can wax like Michelle at Interlude. She is very thorough and very good at what she does. She also cares about her very much about her customer.

Michelle's precision in waxing and her sense of humor make for a wonderful experience each and every visit. The staff is also very pleasant and welcoming. Interlude is TOP NOTCH!!!

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Michele, Daniella, and Allison are. Whenever they are waiting on you they make you feel that you are the most important person in the world. They are very honest about any products that you want to buy or use They want to be sure that you are making the right choices. Daniella does a great pedicure and always picks out the right color for me. I have been to many places throughout my long life and Interlude by far is the best for customer service and making a difference to everyone who comes through their doors. Everyone should be able to experience a service through Interlude. They are wonderful and will always be NUMBER ONE with me.

I've been going to Interlude for 7 years now and I would not ever go anywhere else. Every time I go, I walk out feeling and looking amazing and I aways get compliments on how great I look. my eyebrows are always perfection. thanks Michelle and Daniella you are both true artists!

Not only do I go to Interlude for eyebrow-waxing which, by the way, Michelle does an outstanding job at; I also go there for their other beauty services. I cannot say enough about the customer service, friendliness and kindness of everyone who works there. At Interlude, you are not just a customer but you become a friend as well and I always leave the salon glowing both on the inside and out! Keep up the great work, ladies, you truly are #1!

Upscale service with down to earth attitudes. I've been to many salons on Newbury St. and such but they just don't compare. I moved to Maine a year ago and still drive to Malden to see Michelle and the girls and get my hour of therapy(for both my body and mind!) Michelle is truly talented at her craft. I never thought it possible to get complemented on my eyebrows but I do all the time now. How could I ever go anywhere else?! Michelle is not just the "Wax Queen" she becomes a friend(and therapist)! Interlude Salon in a word - FABULOUS!

Never have I found such a competent group of professional. The staff of Interlude really listen to what you want and always know the right method to achieve the success you are looking for. The make you feel good about yourself and explain how to continue to maintain the look and feel that you desire. They are the best and I greatly appreciate them. Great job ladies!

Interlude is simply wonderful. Its personal and intimate and the staff is extremely talented and friendly. Michelle truly is the wax queen! I love all the girls there, especially Allison (the absolute best esthetician around!) I will never go to another and I recommend her to everyone I know! Her hands are magic!

there is no place, that gives better eyebrow shaping, and Brazilian wax.

The service is the CLEANEST, quickest and friendly. My wax last longer than if I go somewhere else. The atmosphere is private and that means alot.
I am African American and have been other places that make me feel like a project , where at Interlude I feel like part of the family!

Michelle is GREAT! I think she has magical powers or something because I have never had such a painless bikini wax! I have been getting bikini waxes for years at many different places and she is by far THE BEST!!!

Without a doubt the most welcoming, comfortable spa and salon that I have ever been too.. Michelle not only does impeccable waxing, but makes it a point to be sure her customers and relaxed and at ease. I've referred many friends there and all have been just as pleased with the experience!
