THANK YOU FOR VOTING US BEST COFFEE SHOP - Helen and Moira The Mud House is a Neighborhood Coffee Shop located in the Neponset section of Dorchester. Our goal is to serve you the best cup of coffee to get your day up and running. We serve breakfast sandwiches all day long, as well as muffins and pastries, and if it is lunch you're after, the Mud House offers a variety of sandwiches and soups - the kind your mom used to make. Our atmosphere is warm and friendly. We promote local artists, currently, we are featuring local artist Nina Hartman a resident of Dorchester for 27 years - Nina can also be found at Cedar Grove Gardens. Please come and view her pastels of local scenes. We are WI-FI.

This shop is a neighborhood coffee shop. The coffee & tea is great plus all the delicious tasty treats they have to offer. Not to mention meeting & greeting people, new & old and catching up with the news. Try it you'll like it!

Helen, Moira and all the girls from the Mud House are the nicest people in town. Their peanut butter toast always tastes better and mommy and daddy's coffee is always just right! and of course, the lollipop tree!!

Kudos to the girls! Helen & Maura are terrific! Not only do they serve you great a cup of coffee, you're treated like a member of their family. A great place to meet your neighbors and make some new friends. And don't forget Ann, Christine, Maryanne, Madeline, Megan and Molly, they are another reason why The Mud House is the place to be.

We love the Mud House! It is our home away from home. Helen & Moira (and all the staff) take such good care of us & our mom & dad too! The grill cheese,chocolate chip cookie bars and the lollipop tree are the best. The coffee is great too (my parents love it)!

It's THE SPOT in Dot! There is something very special about the Mudhouse, that goes way beyond the great coffee and fantastic service. It is the "welcome home" feeling you get every time you walk in the door, the big smiles, the laughs, and friendships made and bonded there! The fact that they always get your order right is a bonus too!!!

This little coffee house is a gem! The staff are super-friendly, and they somehow are able to remember everyone's name! Laid-back atmosphere. Good coffee and breakfast items. Haven't been there for lunch, but I'm sure it's just as good.
Anyone who wants to learn about the REAL Dorchester should stop in here!

My friends and I love to go to the Mud House after school. The people are friendly and the food is great. My favorite is the Raspberry Lime Rickey!
