I love the store. There are many classes offered for all levels of quilters. The choices of fabric are great. The owner and her helpers go out of their way to help you in what ever you want or need.

A bright clean place to make quilts. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful in helping you to pick out colors that match. The guild and B.O.M. are great, you see many versions and colors of the same block or pattern.

They have the greatest selection of quilting material and patters that I have found any where around I drive from Cape Cod to go there often, I love this store, and all the helpers who work there.

This IS the best Quilt Shop - they have everything you could need and the proprietress Pat Fay is an extremely talented and knowledgeable quilt artist in her own right. The staff of this shop is very friendly and always make you feel like "one of the gang".

I have commissioned both Pat Fay and Kathy Landers to make me baby quilts as gifts for friends, they were beautiful and are still raved about to this day ! If you are appreciative of real talent you need to shop this store and see all the beautiful handmade quilts.

Pat Fay & her staff are incredibly knowleagable and helpful in choosing patterns and fabrics. But they are also very generous in donating their time and talents to help the children of Project Linus! As one of the coordinators of this Project, I have lost count of the many many beautiful quilts they have donated to cheer children in need! They deserve an A + and are the best!!

I had long had an interested in learning how to quilt, however, it seemed too overwhelming to start. All those beautiful quilts, how could I possibly do that? Then my mother saw an ad for a new shop opening in our town. I went in to take a look around. Everyone was a right mix of friendly but not "in your face helpful". I strolled around the beautiful store, looked at the amazing fabrics and quilts and signed up with Pat's encouragement. Pat makes it so "doable". She breaks things down step by step and always says, you can do that. And you know what I could! So in the past 6 years I have made some beautiful treasures for family and friends and even Project Linus and cancer quilts to donate. What an amazing feeling! I feel like I have done something really special for those I love and those who are sick and it's all because of Pat and her encouragement and teaching ability. Her store has become a haven to me, a place for me to recharge my soul when the world gets too crazy. I have made some lifetime friends as well. Her husband Larry is a true gentleman, a dying breed, such men are hard to come by these days. We always enjoy swapping music likes and finds. Everyone in the shop is just such pure enjoyment. Though there are some lovely quilt shops in the area, Quilters Compass is a rarity with their commitment and concern for their customers who they treat like family and friends.
